Post makes no sense. Did you mean--Computer came with windows 8, not windows 7? Why are you formatting and reinstalling the same OS on a new computer? That driver is for windows 8, not windows 7. There is no win 7 driver for the 1705 that I could find. Win 7 uses the 1703 card.

Best thing to do is use Factory Reset to return to factory settings if you did not format the recovery partitions. You might have to get help from Dell Support to restore to factory settings or reinstall the correct operating system.

computer purchase windows 7, i format because of virus my headphone not working then after my usb shoket 1by1 all 4 shoket are not working 

all driver successfully installed from dell.com except  Dell Wireless 1704 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver & Dell Wireless 1705 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver not installed 

i try other windows 7 wifi driver like Network_Qualcomm_W8.14_X03_A01_WiFi but not any useful 

i not find 1703 please give me link i search i got 1703 is for win 8 not for win 7
