Need .inf driver files - only find .exe

I need the drivers for my Dell laptop (Inspiron 1545) but when I go to the drivers page using my service tag number, all I get are drivers in .exe format. The program I am using requires the drivers in .inf format.

What I'm doing is "cloning" my aging Dell desktop (Vostro 400) onto the no-longer-being-used Dell laptop using Acronis software. That system lets me do a complete system backup even though it is being backed up to dissimilar hardware. The old desktop contains programming software that is absolutely critical to my business, and it must be run on XP, so updating to the latest MS OS just isn't an option. In order to do this though, I need the .inf drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
