Need to replace keyboard?

A few days ago, I was using a family member's 600m, when our new puppy decided that the carpet would be a wonderful place to use the bathroom. In my haste to get the dog, I put the laptop down quickly, and the power cord being pulled knocked over a soda next to me, which sprayed a bit onto the keyboard. Now, the racket that took place from my swearing over this bad luck deterred the dog from going to the bathroom, and I immediately began mopping up the soda that had gotten onto the keyboard, and a few minutes after throwing a towel onto the carpet, used a paper towel to get out from under the keys what I could. However, I don't think I was quick enough, because the family member now claims that the L key sticks and goes off at random times (that is, a string of L's will start posting across a text box like this: lllllllll, making logging into things or doing minor tasks difficult). I would imagine that the only thing that can be done would be to replace the keyboard (unless anyone knows if shooting some compressed air underneath the L key would help any). Alas, does anybody know offhand - as I cannot find it on the Dell site - the cost of replacing the keyboard?

You could try some contact cleaner. I have had that work before depending on how bad it is. You can buy it at Radio Shack.  If that don't work you can get a keyboard for around 16.95 plus shipping on ebay. If you look you may be able to get a keyboard cheaper.
