New inspiron 15 5577 screen blinking /flickering

I purchased Dell inspiron 5577 yesterday and its screen is flickering, any idea how to resolve it? Or should I ask for new laptop. As this is the basic thing and if it is not working than there is no sense of such high expense laptop.

I updated all the drivers still no success.

The flickers appears to be cause by a corrupt Video (display) driver, therefore I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the driver in Safe mode With Networking.

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10 - Windows Help

Please expand Update Your Display Driver and follow steps in link below.

I have already tried that and it didn't help I also installed the latest intel update last night that was only released yesterday and that didn't help either.

30 days to return a lemon to get a full refund.

After that you are stuck.

I suggest you think about that very carefully.

I'm assuming you updated the System Setup(BIOS).....

How to Update BIOS (Official Dell Tech Support) - YouTube

I'm assuming you installed Chipset and Video drivers in correct order.

Further, you verify drivers were corrected installed in device manager.....

Device manager >> expand Display Adapters, right click driver, select Properties, Driver, and then version. Do the same for Chipset driver.

Lastly,

As ieee488 suggested,

You should consider returning computer to dell( or the retail store from which it been purchased) and get a refund.

Keep in mind, you do have 30 days (Invoice date) of software support, therefore I suggest contacting Dell Tech support in the link below.
