No Dell Datasafe option
I'm trying to revert the computer back to factory conditions using the instructions from dell, here: http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/04/KCS/KcsArticles/ArticleView?docid=266287
However, when I get to step 4, there is no "Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup and DataSafe Options", option. See attached screenshot. How can I revert the computer to factory conditions? The last restore point is from yesterday so that won't work.
I am in Administrator mode.
Dell Inspiron 15R N5110, a couple years old.

Hi 300blk,
I am sorry for the inconvenience. If the option "Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup and DataSafe Options", is not responding, I suspect the mirror image is corrupted and you may have to reinstall the Operating system manually. Please find the link below to install the Operating system manually:

Ok, thank you. The only problem is that I didn't get a windows DVD with the computer. Do I have any options other than purchasing a copy of windows 7?

My Dell Inspiron hard disk was changed and since then I cannot see the option "Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup and DataSafe Options"
I am looking to format my computer. Please guide how can I do it. I do not have the CD as it was not provided to me at the time of purchase.
