No battery found - XPS 10
Hi
My battery won't charge anymore. The computer has not been used in a year.
When I click on power in system tray, it says: battery not found.
I've tried to factory reset the computer, so that's not a solution.

I like to suggest you update the System Setup(BIOS) on your laptop. Please enter the service tag number on the link below, then download the BIOS require onto the system and install it.

I can't find the service tag on it.
This is a tablet, when use the link you sent me, and select model, they just suggest Windows update. They not list up the downloads like normal.
How do I update the BIOS on XPS 10?

It's mostly likely the battery has fail. You need to replace the battery.Please contact Dell technical support at 1-800- 624-9896
