No clear sound
My laptop speakers don't seem to be working.all I get is a blurry sound except when I plug in headsets or plug speakers in.what could be the problem?

Hello. Re-install the audio driver.
If the speakers continue to not work, use the PSA or ePSA audio test to make sure there is not a speaker hardware issue.
If you need more help, please reply back with the full model name of your laptop, and say which operating system you have on it.
