Unfortunately, Dell Inspiron 7357 doesn't have an option for mSata drive on the motherboard. You can install a Solid State Drive for better performance. This system supports upto 256 GB SSD with 6 GB/s speed.
None of the Inspiron systems of recent manufacture have mSATA ports -- some XPS models do (but others have moved to the new M.2 format that is rapidly replacing mSATA).
You would need a higher-end system to have support for a card type drive - XPS or Alienware.
