Not using all ram

Hi

My new studio xps 1340 is not using all of its ram, in computer properties says 64 bit OS and 4 gb ram, but info in task manager shows only 2813 mb of physical memory, where is the rest?

I made a print screen of system information, showing only 2.75 total physical memory, please help!!!
