The driver might have crashed and needs to be uninstalled and re-installed.When you uninstall it go to start>control panel>device manager>(+) next to display adapter>double click on the nvidia adapter>driver tab>uninstall.Go back to control panel>programs and features>scroll thru list and uninstall ALL nvidia drivers from the list.DO NOT re-boot system yet.Now go to either the dell driver page or,nvidia page the driver you installed from and install it.After install,reboot system.post back with results.
