Ordering with an Arabic Keyboard!

Question

Hi, I'm planning to buy a Vostro laptop online since I'm still in US but I'm concern about the Keyboard!Is it possible to order a laptop online that has BOTH languages English/Arabic??? Or Do I have to buy it from the Middle East?? Please, let me know if there are any other possible solutions to have both languages.   Thanks
