Hi Beckspace,

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the video card drivers to fix the problem. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Type “Device Manager” in the search box and select it.
  2. On the “Device Manager” window, expand “Display adapters”.
  3. Right click “Intel(R) HD Graphics” and click “Uninstall”.
  4. Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. Right click “NVIDIA GeForce” and click “Uninstall”.
  8. Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
  10. Restart the computer.
  11. Use the below links to download and save Intel HD Graphics and NVIDIA graphics :  http://dell.to/Mbe3zg
  12. Click the link, enter the service tag of the computer and select the operating system from the dropdown and select the right Intel video card driver from the list and install it.
  13. Run the driver file for Intel HD Graphics, follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver and restart the computer when prompted. Repeat this for NVIDIA Graphics drive too. Restart the computer.

Now check the functionality of the system and post the results.
