PROBLEMS NVIDIA Quadro NVS 135M

Please help me I'm desperate!! I recently bought the Dell D830 Latitude every thing seems to work great except? when i play Guild Wars. After a while the screen starts to more or less distorts, Grey lines appearing over the screen and some features are bright yellow like some of the enemies npc's and after a while th pc just freeze. I updated the drivers to R169704 but it still didn't help One of my friends has the dell 820 no problem!!
