PSP will not turn on.

I have purchased a PSP from Dell less than a month ago and It will not turn on.  I have tried everything in the manual.  I have checked the cable, removed battery, etc.  Still won't turn on.  I was playing it last night and it was operating fine.  When I plug it in to charge the orange charge light stays on only 20 seconds maybe and goes out.  When I try to turn it on the light will blink green and that's it.  The WLAN is off.  Any ideas????

It's been answered on the First Time Users forum, you need to contact Sony.  These forums are for computers, not game devices.
