Page_fault_in_none_page_area ( inspiron 9100 )

Hey guys,

i have a inspiron 9100 notebook , which started to freeze and
give errors a few days ago, so i decided to reinstall windows xp pro
( which had been over half a year ago anyway )

when i tried to reinstall windows, i got a lot of freeze ups and blue screens
most of the time i got this one :

page_fault_in_none_page_area followed by a reboot and another bluescreen
saying driver_irql_not_less_or_equal, after rebooting again i also got the error
NLTDR not installed, reboot

im not sure why i could get the error message, since i completely formatted and
reinstalled my drives partitions,. finally i managed to get windows back up and running
today after hours of trying , but it still gives the messages...  I need help ! ::smileyvery-happy:

sincere greetings & Hope someone knows the solution

Run the Dell diagnostics on the hard drive. Boot, F12, diag partition, extended tests.

I suspect you'll find bad sectors on a failing hard drive.

ive run extended diagnostic tests with the driver & utility cd on the hard drive memory etc etc, scanned both from front to back, resulting in no errors

Does the problem occur if you run in Safe Mode?
Are there any driver-related errors in the Event Viewer?

this Blue screen is hunting me relentless in whatever mode im in!
Tried safe mode and that even gave the error, the blue screen
now seems to be taunting me with random memory adresses
and no title, just blue screen, "there is an error"
and an adress 0x0000000D 0x00000007 0x0000001C 0x00000000 0x00000007
next time its a completely different adress ..

so im now running the memory tests in the " windows blue screen " section of
the diagnostic tool provided by Dell, which is bound to give the " all tests passed "
result, does anybody know if the helpdesk is available by phone on saturdays ?
im at my wits end :smileyvery-happy:
