Power button
I just bought my dell vostro 5470 3 days back.
My issue is the power button.Sometimes I press it for a few seconds it turns on the laptop
But sometimes it takes very long presses of the power button to turn it on its like luck.
Please help.

Hi Imsengurung ,
There seems to be a connectivity issue due to the power button plastics because of which you are facing this issue and can be fixed .
Kindly forward the service tag of the system ,system owner's name ,contact no and physical address via private so that I can verify the details and arrange for the same .
