Precision M4400 POST diagnostic LED flash codes

A Precision M4400 doesn't POST.  After a few seconds the NumLock, CapsLock, and ScrollLock LEDs all blink.

Page http://www.dell.com/support/article/ca/fr/cadhs1/SLN287075 contains a link to page http://www.dell.com/support/article/ca/fr/cadhs1/SLN155342/en but that link isn't correct.  The page for Latitude flash codes describes the Storage LED, Battery LED, and Wireless LED flashing, but on the Precision M4400 all those LEDs are off and the flashing LEDs are NumLock, CapsLock, and ScrollLock.

On the older systems like this one, when all three (num/caps/scroll) flash  (aka Christmas Tree syndrome), the mainboard is bad.

Thank you.

Since Dell's site has that page (and others) for the M4400, may I suggest that Dell add a page for LED diagnostic codes (and beep codes if this model has any) and update the link to point to the new page.  Even though it's an old model, this kind of information is still valuable.
