Precision M4500 Wireless Networking "Not Included"

Two weeks ago, I placed an order for a Precision M4500 laptop. There was a
choice of three WiFi cards - 6200, 6250 and 6300.  I chose the 6300.

There was a gap of five days between the order acknowledgment
and the order confirmation.  

The laptop arrived, I tried to connect to the internet - it didn't work as it
didn't list a WiFi card in the Network and Sharing Center. I tried the drivers
DVD and that didn't recognise a WiFi adaptor.  I then went back and
checked the orderconfirmation and saw that it said:
"Wireless Networking Wireless : Not Inlcuded"

Nothing else mentioned the 6300 card.

doesn't mention WiFi cards at all. If you take the middle option and then add it to your basket, it is listed
with "Wireless Networking Wireless : Not Inlcuded"

Am I being really dumb and this is all just talking about some sort of 3G wireless
card, or are Dell selling £1800 laptops which don't have a WiFi card?
