You will need a compatible display panel and a new wiring harness -- Dell doesn't do parts upgrades, but any computer shop can change the screen for you.  It'll be about an hour's labor charge.

You can order from Dell or as above, Parts-people.com.  They both sell system compatible screens.  There's no master list of compatible panels so your vendor is otherwise your source of information.

Thanks again for telling me the information that I need to find out :emotion-1: It is always useful to fully understand the question, and have people help me with this.

I will try and find out about compatible displays at partspeople, but I will also continue to try and find the answer at Dell, like your recommendation.

So, if anyone else knows what displays are compatible with my product, the information would be greatly appreciated :emotion-1:

The one in the post above is compatible - there is another one listed at parts-people as well.

If you want to find out the exact information from Dell, you will need to call:

Dell Spare Part, 1-800-357-3355

They can also tell you which LVDS cable you'll need (it looks like this model uses two cables, so you may need both of them).
