Problem con hub usb

sorry i try to put this in Peripherals´s forum, but i cant find a dedicated forum for this problem, and i hope that PLEASE, somebody can help me

i buy a hub usb, but my laptop dont recognizes the driver, i have a dell studio 1458, i connect other usb hub in my laptop but i have the same problem,i plug the hub in other laptop, and this laptop recognize the hub, the problem is with my laptop, i have the next messages

USB2.0 hub is warning

he drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
