is that ok to run FWUpdLcl.exe file ?

i coudn't find the installation instruction for running A04 in DOS-Mode

Dell Technician doesn't include any webcam driver or information information for this model Dell inspiron15r SE 7520, u can check the link

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/555/Product/inspiron-15r-se-7520

no webcam driver or creative webcam central exist

My service tag dosen't include any bios upgrade , without service tag i see all download drivers and bios , but there is no webcam driver or last version of creative webcam central in input category . Dell diagnostic when i press f10 i cannot see any webcam test  . so i guess the problem with the bios update i made

How can i reset to the default bios factory , revert or downgrade to the bios that support all drivers i have in my laptop

Hi HanyAdel,

I am sorry about the situation; Dell does not recommend in downgrading the BIOS. Please provide me the snap shot of the device manager expanding the imaging device. However, you can install the webcam central software using the link below.

http://ftp.us.dell.com/monitors/Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe

In case the issue persists, use the link below to run the Dell PC diagnostics on webcam, click on symptom, select webcam and run the diagnostics.

Let me know about the progress.
