Problem since I updated to windows 8.1

Question

Hey, I recently updated to windows 8.1 and I am having problems with my switchable graphics, my pc is

Dell inspiron 15 3521

Intel HD 4000 and AMD Radeon 8730M

can anyone tell me how I can solve this problem, when I try to access my AMD catalyst stuff I get an error saying 'Catalyst control center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center. thank you.

now the driver isn't working at all, windows has stopped this driver because of a problem (code 43)

I guess you need to download the latest Dell video drivers. Just go the download center and type in your service tag. That should give you a list of available drivers. (After you also select the OS as Windows 8.1) You might wanna check about the wifi (network adapter) driver too. There have been issues with wifi too after updating to 8.1. Also consider updating your BIOS.
