Just because you used your tag you will not be offered only the drivers you need. Every driver available will be listed in case you need a complete reinstall, not just the ones you might need, so you have to know what you already have. Note the dates of drivers to be downloaded. If it's dated before you bought your computer, you don't need it. Actually laptops rarely need driver updates. You can sign up to be notified when a newer driver or bios is available. Normally you might need only video drivers and bios updates.
Okay that makes since. However, I still can't seem to download driver updates from intel. It says this "This device is unknown or unsupported. Please contact the manufacturer for possible updates. " when I use the Intel Driver Update Utility. I just used Driver Max to update my drivers, however, I heard that programs like that aren't reliable
