Problem with LED Lights on my XPS M1710 and Dell Quick Set

I recently had to completely sweep my XPS M1710 due to hardware problems so I lost a lot of programs including Dell Quick Set.  So I downloaded the latest version of Dell Quick Set I could find on the Dell drivers page.  It seems to be working correctly except for I can no longer change my LED lights anywhere on my XPS.

Any ideas?  I feel like the newly installed Dell Quick Set isn't detecting my LEDs.  Thanks!
