Problem with McAfee 36-month subscription

Question

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R for my sister in early February. I purchased a 36-month subscription to McAfee along with the laptop. Now my sister is getting messages that her McAfee subscription is expiring in mid-March. It appears that she's only had the free 1-month trial loaded on her computer. What can I do to ensure that the subscription I paid for makes it to her computer? McAfee has no record of my purchase since the purchase was made through Dell. My sister had no trouble downloading the Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat packages I purchased along with her laptop; it's just the McAfee causing her problems. I'd appreciate some help resolving this issue.

You may get the subscription activated from Mcafee chat support through link: http://bit.ly/ckkPem You would need to provide them the Service Tag of your computer, date of purchase and the the other contact details to get the subscription activated.

In case you face any issues with it, you may send me a private message with system Service Tag and contact details. I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.

I have got problems with my subscription as well.

I bought Dell Precision 5810 a week ago, I bought Mcafee as well, but I didn't get mcafee software.

How to get my license and some links to download Mcafee ?
