Problem with Microsoft Office

I have 2 users with Dell Latitude D610's with the docking stations.  They are both having the same issue with their microsoft office.  When they view a document with images, it doesnt show the images.  But when they print, the images are there.

The problem exists with the drivers for the intel chipset.  I tried this first and it didnt work.

 

I have also put in the service tag and downloaded the driver from the dell support site. I didnt have any luck.  Any suggestions?
