Problem with Moview Plaback in DELL Studio 1555

I purchased a Dell Studio 15 and the configuration is 3GB RAM with Intel (R) Core Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20 GHz. The graphics card included is 512MB ATI Radeon 4570. The graphics software ATI Catalyst center is pre-installed. And the operating system is Windows 7 professional 64-bit.

When I play any movie, the playback is losing some colors and also the image is blurred. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it as per the DELL support center personnel's instructions. Also tried reinstalling the OS and still getting the problem. But the normal display is looking good for me.

I also found Intel GM 45 Video device drivers in the Resource CD. When I tried to install the software, it displaying "Your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run this software".
