No, I've tried all four and the bsod comes up on all of them. Thanks

Do any USB devices work?

Try safe mode (F8). If the ports work there, it's likely a WIndows problem. If they don't, it's a hardware problem and will likely require a replacement mainboard.

Thank you. The ports still did not work in safe mode. I will look into the mainboard.
