Problem with USB ports
I am trying to install a printer, I've downloaded the software, drivers and ran both programs. Once I insert the cable into the USB port the BSOD comes up and the computer restarts itself back to the screen with which option I want the computer to start up with,i.e. Safe Mode. This happens with whichever port I use. I am also unable to use the ports to update telephones, etc. Please help!! Thank you,.

No, I've tried all four and the bsod comes up on all of them. Thanks

Try safe mode (F8). If the ports work there, it's likely a WIndows problem. If they don't, it's a hardware problem and will likely require a replacement mainboard.

Thank you. The ports still did not work in safe mode. I will look into the mainboard.
