If you do wish to repair, get a board with Intel video - not nVidia; you'll also need to replace the heatsink assembly as the nVidia one won't fit the Intel board.

To add more, i noticed that after the power buttion is switched on, the laptop is shutting down automatically after 5-10 mins.
Does anybody have any other thoughts??
