Ensure you're operating within a profile that has Administrative rights before doing the following:

 

Remove the existing software: Run "Uninstap" located within the DellTPad folder (Program Files). Restart.

Download the TouchPad/Pointing Stick driver from Dell's website (Input Device Drivers).

Reinstall the application.

ps: I'd be weary of spyware corrupting your files - are you running Defender? Is it up to date?

Thanks, But I did that Twice and It has not Result, I'm a little bit disppointed.
I dont Trust Windows Defender, Is not the Safest Tool (in my opinion), My Pc Run the Program All the time.
Maybe the problem is ralted to an Adware or something, So What Should i do?

Hi! I've the same problem on my "Vostro 1310" laptop! If I don't click OK button, touchpad works fine! Otherwise the scroll don't work...somebody help me? Thanks!

It would appear nobody in the forums can offer the solution, so I suggest you now contact Dell tech support for advice ;)
