Problems with XPS 13 Laptop

Hey, I've observed a few problems with my computer. Can I have some help?

1) Apparenlty I have a long list of programs like "server SQL thingy"-- an instance of it is on the bottom.

2) I lost one of my back panel screws for my laptop. Where might I buy spare screws?

3) My screen is very wobbly-- best way to fix?
