Processor Fan is not working
Ran dell diagnostics test, It says the processor fan has failed.
Error code:2000-0511
Validation :3038
Should I replace my processor fan?
My laptop is heating excessively even for simple tasks.

Yes, that would be the next step - replace the fan and/or fan-heatsink assembly (depending on the model you have, the fan may or may not be a separate part).
