Quick Chromebook Hardware Question

I have a dell chromebook 11 model p22t. I saw a screw on the side and wanted to know what it was so i took it out. my question is what is inside. it is too small for a sd card slot and it looks like there is nothing inside it here is a picture https://ibb.co/jxhFOv  Thank you.
