Rapid Response Depot and the Mini12

Ok, so what do you think should happen?

I bought a Mini 12 from the outlet and recieved it in great working order/ sort of. The Touch pad was a little screwy, but since is wasnt damaged dell wouldnt let me return it, so I sent it into the depot, less than a week after recieving it. The ended up replacing the touchpad and motherboard. Works great now! However, I was troubleshooting a BlueTooth issue about a week later and noticed that my bluetooth, now, was not working. Since I am dell certified to work on them I opened it u[ and the bluetooth card is missing? Where did it go? Dell/ CTS did not place it back into the system after repalcing the touchpad and motherboard. So.... I sent it back in, again. Well, now the part is on backorder and I am without a laptop.

One suggestion by Dell TS was to u[grade my warranty to in-home service for $250.. what? 250? That's insane.

Dell, I'm at a loss, no one seems to be able to help me, all I want is a working laptop, I;ve only used this thing for maybe a week, dell has had possesion of it for more than I have.
