After formating my laptop i install the driver as usual, but after rebooting my laptop after finish installing the driver, i found that my laptop have no sound. And i go device manager and check, i found out that the realtker HD audio facing some problem, i click on the properties and see there write: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" i try to download the driver form dell wedsite and reinstall but it seen useless since the problem still there. Then i try use the driver CD, install again the realtek audio, but it do now work! I wonder what happen to my laptop, and i got some problem in installation of sound blaster X-Fi. Can someone help me figure what happen and help me to slove this problem please. I really feel desperate when watching movie without sound and no music to listen.

Hi Leonard1991,
Welcome to the Community,
After reinstalling the Windows did you install the drivers in the correct order ? Verify using the link below if you've installed the drivers in the correct order. If the drivers are not installed in the correct order some drivers for the hardware may not get installed.

If you've not installed the drivers in the correct order, reinstall windows and install the drivers in the correct order.
Hope this helps,
Thank You
Roshan

Ideally first you need to install the Audio driver that's Realtek after which you can perform full installation of Sound blaster.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Sound Blaster software and see if that helps.
Thank You

If you are using a CD to install the Sound blaster, check online and see if you can find the latest driver on Creative website.
You can try downloading from the link below:(make sure you uninstall the sound blaster before you redownload)

I have uninstall all the audio driver component only try . then i also try install realtek hd audio driver in vista mode then the from the CD for x-fi sound blaster driver but still the same . is it i have to format my computer again to reinstall the driver by order? cause after i uninstall the realtek hd and the sound blaster from pc and restart ,it doesn't appear like last time which the pc need reinstall the realtek driver only can heard the sound , it straight can heard the sound when login , in device manager the audio is not missing but i haven't install the both driver yet. it got some driver file in the system 32 .

Hi Mixton,
When you restart the system after uninstalling the audio driver, automatically Windows native drivers will get installed and that's how you still can get sound without installing the manufacturers driver.
Which version of Windows 7 are you using? Do you have the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed?
If you've reinstalled the Windows on the system and if the drivers were not installed in the correct order,it is always better to reinstall Windows and get the drivers in the correct order.
