Replacement battery for dell inspiron 1564
Hi all,
My dell inspiron 1564 battery is dead. I need a replacement. I know genuine battery is always the best but I do not think that is worth for an 3 years old laptop. I am looking for a aftermarket battery. Any one has any suggestion ? Thanks a lot.

Sorry for delay in response,was out of office due to weekly off.
Your system model Inspiron 1564 is offered with two different batteries. The batteries are system specific and are not interchangeable with other system batteries.
The two batteries offered are as follows:
6-cell lithium-ion 56 WHr
9-cell lithium-ion 85 WHr
Higher Watt hours (Whr) battery on the same system under the same operating conditions will generally deliver longer battery run time.

Thank you very much for your information. I've searched that site. They have several batteries for dell inspiron 1564. Does the capacity matter? I think the more capacity the better. Am I correct? Thanks.
