i had already tried taking out the battery .. but still the password is there , its not getting removed even after taking out the batteries .. is there any other options to remove the BIOS password ?
You can do that by Taking the BIOS Battery out from underneath the laptop. Most Dell bios batteries are in the underneath compartment. It looks like a watch battery, sometimes with black tape around it with black and red wires. Unplug that for a minute and put it back in. That should reset the BIOS back to default settings
