SPEED UP YOUR SITE! You are supposed to be the experts here!

I am so tired of trying to troubleshoot or find information on a site that is slow or wont load....also the site cant recognize a service tag number on a  upgraded custom laptop that is only about 3 months old when you do get it to load the site.  It is odd that  if they think I am going to buy another computer it ZIPS to  that page without delay!   Speed up the site DELL!

You realise this is a community forum and not tech support or admin group? No point talking to other users about that - try Dell directly.

As for the site speed, looks ok to me at least, are you sure it's not at your end?

I agree this is a user-to-user forum and not a way to communicate directly with Dell, but I have always considered it to be a tech support forum. The speed seems okay to me too, but is slower than any other discussion board I have ever visited. I am using dsl, so I don't have the fastest connection.
