Screen display rotated clockwise 90 degrees

I was carrying my Latitude D630 from one room to the next with the laptop open. When I set it down, the screen was rotated clockwise 90 degrees. I tried a system restore to an earlier day, but that didn't help. What buttons did I push to rotate the screen and how do I reverse it? Thanks.
