Dell has a record of the service call and the history of the problem. Writing these forums with your concerns will do no good, as we don't work for Dell.

You should get a call from Dell when the repair is done and when to expect the unit back. Mine arrived at the Depot late Tuesday and was in the air by late Wednesday and arrived Thursday morning. They actually had some of the first repair info wrong, but still fixed it fine.

If you need to communicate with them again, use the Dell Chat instead of talking to someone. The Chat works much better.
