Service Tag and Express Service Code Not Being Recognised

Hi

Can you someone at Dell look into why my service tag and express code for my Dell Inspiron 17R SE is bringing up a printer?

Service Tag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>

Express Service Code: <ADMIN NOTE: Express service code removed per privacy policy>

I only noticed this when I went to obtain the latest drivers and was quite shocked to find this, even the dell system detect is picking it up as a printer. I have checked this against the BIOS also.
