Have you checked your BIOS to see if your service tag and express service tag show up their? If they do, then it's most likely a corrupt program, either the service tag detector or dell system detect. Just uninstall fully and reinstall the programs. If the tags do not show up then you have an issue with your BIOS possibly corrupted or damaged. If that's the case you can try reflashing the BIOS or possibly system restore from a known good system image. Other than that you will have to deal with tech support. Hope this helps. Good luck
