Several Video questions

1 Do I need Sonic DLA?  When I go see the program get access denied.

2 I don't have a video overlay.  Do I need it for my Dell inspiron 1300?

3 can't upgrade my graphics driver to the one needed(one I have is on the intel block list, through Firefox 6

This my Chipset through Intel for my Dell Inspiron 1300.

I tried updating to the newest version but get told it was not validated for this computer.  What can I do?
