Shader model 2.0 error

Question

Hi everbody, I have a DELL Inspiron 6400 with vista business 32-bit. Now I want to play GIANTS farmer simulation 2009 but I get an error that I have not the newest graphic driver and so shader model 2.0 isn't working. It's a common topic you can read about it here: click I read that my graphic card support shader model 2.0 and I download the newest driver from the DELL page. But I still have only the shader model 1.4 and the game won't start. I can't install the newest graphic driver from the Intel page as they say I should contact my manufacture becausse the driver isn't validated for my system. Now my questions: How do I get this shader model 2.0 work?!? Is there an other way to get this game or the 2008 version running?
