Take note of all the programs that have check marks and start every time Windows starts. Most people have many if not most of those programs not needed or required. This can cause the slowness that you report.
Next go to here, and it will help you decide what each program does, and if you really want it starting every time.
Just so you know, uncheking a box will not uninstall or remove any program. All it will do is make it so the program will not start each time. You can check and uncheck all you want without causing any harm to your system. If you uncheck something and it causes some not to run as you want, just go back in and recheck the box.
