enzeekay:

Once paired, perform the following.

Click on Start --> Control Panel --> Hardware and Sound. And then select Manage Audio Devices.

On the Playback tab, you should see an icon with Bluetooth Stereo Audio written underneath or Bluetooth Audio Render. Your icon should also have a green check mark to set as default, if not, right click on the icon and set as default.

Highlight Bluetooth Audio Render or Bluetooth Stereo Audio, and then click Properties.

Click the Advanced Tab.

On the advanced tab verify the headset has a sample rate of 2 channels, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality). If not, click the drop-down list and select 2 channels, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality). Click the Test button to test the headphones. A tone sounds in each ear piece of the headset. If you hear the sound, the headset is working correctly.

Hey Chris - My problem is while pairing, If its paired I wouldnt have posted it here ...

Okay this is where I get this problem ...

I have add the bluetooth headset device

When I go to Show Devices in my bluetooth adapter settings there I see two options under Audio

1. A stereo connection for BH200

2. A mono connection for BH200

When I select stereo connection and select connect for pairing I get the problem as "Bluetooth headset did not accept stereo audio connection" However my mono connection pairing works.

The problem is at connecting not at configuring or setting as default !!!

I have this same issue with my motorola headset S305.  I have a connection, but the sound is crappy as all hell....   Everything looks as it should, but i get that error message and junky sound.

The other thing is, sometimes when i connect it works, sometimes it doesnt.  Majority of the time it doesnt.

Were you ever able to find a solution?  I see these posts are very old.
