Studio 1537 doesn't restore from a sleep
Hello,
I'm experiencing the following trouble.
When I close the lid on my laptop, it enters a sleep mode. Later, I open the lid, I see the blinking HDD indicator as if the laptop tries to wake up, but the screen remains blank forever. The only way out is to power off and reboot.
Does anybody know how to solve the problem?

I have the same problem. Sometimes, I'm able to work around it by repeatedly dimming and brightening the screen. I can sometimes see a faint outline of a window in the background if I look carefully.
This laptop has weird sleep issues. I don't ever trust that it will wake up if it goes to sleep. I'm on bios A08 and Vista 64 currently.
