Studio XPS 13 Shipping Delays?

Has anyone received one of the new Studio XPS 13 or XPS 1340 laptops?

Each day I look at the pricing and it holds steady, but the ship dates vary longer and longer and longer, right now it says 2/20/2009

I was curious why this is?  

It also slightly bothers me it does not say HD like the XPS 16 does nor does it have Blu-Ray.

Are you waiting for a Studio XPS 13?  How long will you keep waiting?  There have been no reviews on-line?

At this rate the Adamo may debut before a STUDIO XPS 13?  

Why post it on the site and make people wait 2 months?
