Support Assist not working
I open the app and it shows me this message "pcdrcui.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000005) Click OK to close the application"
yesterday it worked fine but today it doesnt.
srr if i posted this in a wrong forum.

Type Settings onto the [Cortana] search box, click Apps, Dell Support Assist , and select Advanced Options. You could either select the Repair or Reset option to fix Support Assist.

it didnt fix i tried both repair and reset.nothing happened

Please power off the system, wait about 5 minutes, and then power on system. Hopefully Dell Support Assist starts normally...

Thank you for details about the issue. It appears to do with the corrupt files according to the error code -0x0000005. Dell team is looking into this issue.

btw i think i have another issue i open the support assist app i click on "optimize my system" it clicks but it doesnt open

Have you tried downgrading to Windows 98 to see if that fixes your issue?
