Hi Max43,
Thank you for writing on Dell Community
Please note that the error igdkmd64.sys in fact can be related to the on-board graphics driver. I would suggest update the Intel HD Graphics Driver on the system.
If the issue still persist, I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the video card driver on the system in the Safe Mode. Assuming you have Windows 8 Operating System, Follow the below steps to boot the system in Safe Mode with Networking.
Switch ON the system and switch OFF the system 3 to 4 times when the Dell logo appears. This will make the system to go into ‘Windows 8 Advanced Startup Options’ screen. Please select Troubleshoot option and choose the advanced options. Now choose the Windows Startup Settings option and then click the Restart button. When your PC reboots you will be able to boot into Safe Mode from the Advanced Boot Options screen and you can select Safe Mode with Networking.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the video card in safe mode.
After the uninstall finishes restart the system. Then reinstall the video card driver on the system for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.
